1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mvpph1 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, debit card, or bank transfer to supported Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• mvpph1 does not accept deposits funded by credit cards, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card use for gambling deposits.
• Deposits are for the purpose of gaming on the mvpph1 platform only and must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the mvpph1 account holder.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mvpph1 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.

• All games on mvpph1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. mvpph1 will not reverse a game result except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, mvpph1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mvpph1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the mvpph1 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or cheating in any game.
• Abusing the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mvpph1 staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mvpph1 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of mvpph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mvpph1 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the mvpph1 platform without prior written consent from mvpph1.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mvpph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the platform's services for any reason.

mvpph1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mvpph1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

mvpph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.
• A regulatory requirement or court order requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

mvpph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mvpph1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the mvpph1 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
